Today is Transgender Day of Visibility, a day intended to celebrate and empower trans, nonbinary, and gender expansive folks. It is also the day to fight for their humanity, which is under attack like never before. I am imploring other cisgender people to stand with them in this fight. Not just today. Not just during Pride Month. But every day, in multiple ways.
